Morison Valuation staff have experience with valuations for compensation, subdivisions, boundary adjustments, rating valuation disputes and arbitration/litigation including appearance as expert witnesses in the District and High Courts.

Based in Warkworth, David focusses on the northern Rodney settlements of Matakana, Point Wells, Omaha, Leigh, Snells Beach, Algies Bay, Kaipara Flats and Wellsford. David has considerable experience with high value residential property in particular.
Residential / Lifestyle Valuer
Based at Mangawhai Heads, Glenn covers the residential and lifestyle sector between Warkworth and Ruakaka, including west to Maungaturoto. He has 35 years experience including holding senior positions and directorships at large Auckland valuation firms.
Commercial / Industrial Valuer
Scott splits his time between Warkworth and Kerikeri, focussing on the commercial & industrial markets of the Rodney, Kaipara and Far North Districts. He has a rapidly expanding portfolio of work in terms of rent reviews, mortgage, insurance and asset valuations.
Heather joined Morison Valuation after moving up from Auckland to settle permanently in the north. Heather has worked for many years in the valuation industry in an administrative role, although after typing up so many reports, now feels she could do a better job than her colleagues!!
Our 5 Step Residential Valuation Process
1. Scope of Work & Terms of Engagement
This where our friendly team will determine the scenario, your time frame, the type of valuation you need and what it will cost you.
We will email you our terms of engagement outlining the time frame to complete the job, provide the report, and confirm applicable fee.
2. Onsite Inspection
This is the part our valuers love the most. Generally speaking an onsite inspection takes 30-60 minutes for a standard house. Time frames may vary depending on the size and complexity of the property.
3. Market Research
We never stop researching and analysing market data. Our valuers knowledge, experience and constant assessment of the local market trends and sales data, help us determine the end value of your property.
4. Customer Notification
This is where we email you to confirm the property inspection has been completed, the report is underway and send you our invoice for payment. Please note, the valuation will not be finalised until payment is received.
5. Valuation Report
The finished product. This is emailed to you directly or to an authorised third party. Our team are always available to discuss the contents of the report and conclusion reached.
