Based at Mangawhai Heads, Glenn covers the residential and lifestyle sector between Wellsford and Waipu, including west to Maungaturoto. He has 35 years experience including holding senior positions and directorships at large Auckland valuation firms.

Scott splits his time between Warkworth and Mangawhai Heads, focussing on the valuation of commercial & industrial properties; while also supporting David & Glenn with residential and lifestyle valuation work as required.

Our 5 Step Residential Valuation Process

1. Scope of Work & Terms of Engagement

This where our friendly team will determine the scenario, your time frame, the type of valuation you need and what it will cost you.

We will email you our terms of engagement outlining the time frame to complete the job, provide the report, and confirm applicable fee.

2. Onsite Inspection

This is the part our valuers love the most. Generally speaking an onsite inspection takes 30-60 minutes for a standard house. Time frames may vary depending on the size and complexity of the property.

3. Market Research

We never stop researching and analysing market data. Our valuers knowledge, experience and constant assessment of the local market trends and sales data, help us determine the end value of your property.

4. Customer Notification

This is where we email you to confirm the property inspection has been completed, the report is underway and send you our invoice for payment. Please note, the valuation will not be finalised until payment is received.

5. Valuation Report

The finished product. This is emailed to you directly or to an authorised third party. Our team are always available to discuss the contents of the report and conclusion reached.
